I became interested in Craniosacral therapy seven years ago when I saw the benefits it had on my youngest daughter after receiving treatments. She was born an unhappy baby and suffered with colic which caused her considerable discomfort.
I was amazed and inspired by the profound and positive effect of Craniosacral therapy which led me to want to study it. I have always been interested in the complimentary field and have felt particularly drawn toward Craniosacral therapy as a means of personal support . This has led me to a deeper awareness of my self and developing a sense of wholeness, wellbeing and connection.
I trained with the School of Resonance Trainings in 2012 and am accredited by The Craniosacral Therapy Association. I continue to attend post-graduate courses to further enhance my practise.
I feel Craniosacral therapy has given my life more truth and meaning.
